There are no magic answers and having someone on your side doesn’t always mean you’ll hear exactly what you want to hear. Sometimes it means dealing directly with the hard stuff. About

LIFE   |   HEALTH   |   GROWTH   |   CHANGE

quote-block-black

Faced with difficult job choices and health problems, I turned to Susan. Her coaching lifted my spirits and helped me be objective, not emotional, when making tough decisions.

What you can expect of me

  • Working with a coach puts you in “action mode.”
  • What does it mean to you to have a balanced life?
  • Identify and close issues that keep resurfacing
  • Stop tolerating and spend less time with the inappropriate behaviors of others.
  • Look at life in a more positive way and stop waiting for the other shoe to drop
  • Complete confidentiality
  • A collaborative partner for what is happening now
  • A non-judgmental and caring environment to express your thoughts without fear
  • Tools to support our process
  • Coaching is future oriented.  We will refer you if you need therapy
  • You have to want to grow and succeed (however you define success)
  • We will enter into a contract to reinforce accountability
  • Commitment to making the effort needed to achieve your goals
  • Honesty – first with yourself, then with me.
